We do not work with grey-market suppliers, unofficial distributors, or unverified stock. What you see on our platform is the same item available on the boutique’s own shelves.

Each boutique is selected based on its reputation, brand partnerships, and long-standing presence in the luxury market.

• Items ship directly from the boutique’s inventory.
Fashdes does not repackage or store products. Your order is fulfilled by the boutique exactly as displayed.

• Full sourcing traceability.
Every product is linked to the boutique that fulfilled it. The origin of your item is always transparent.

2. Authenticity Guarantee

• All products are 100% authentic.
We strictly prohibit replicas, counterfeit items, “inspired” pieces, and grey-market goods.

• Delivered with original brand packaging.
Items typically include the original box, dust bag, tags, and care materials provided by the brand.

• Some brands no longer use physical authenticity cards.
Brands shifting to RFID, NFC, or digital authentication may not include physical cards. The item remains fully authentic regardless.

3. Quality Control Before Shipping

Before your order leaves the boutique, it goes through a multi-step quality check:

  • Verification of SKU, size, color, and product details

  • Inspection for defects, wear, or damage

  • Secure packaging with proper protection for international delivery

  • Confirmation of all shipment details before courier handover

5. Frequently Asked Questions

• Are all products on Fashdes authentic?
Yes. Only verified boutiques can list items. Any boutique violating this policy is permanently removed.

• Will my order include an authenticity card?
Some brands stopped issuing physical cards. If a brand uses digital validation instead, the item is still fully authentic.

• Can I know which boutique shipped my order?
Yes. The boutique name appears in your order details and confirmation email.
