Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

The methods available to you at checkout depend on your country and the currency of your order — the payment step always shows the full list you can actually use. The logos shown in the footer of every page reflect the methods we currently accept.

How Payments Are Processed

All payments are processed securely by Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and its European affiliates), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Fashdes never receives, sees or stores your full card number, expiry date or security code.

Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency of the market you are browsing — EUR in the European Union, GBP in the United Kingdom, CAD in Canada, AUD in Australia, and USD everywhere else. You can switch market from the selector in the header. Your card is charged in the currency shown at checkout; if that differs from your card's own currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate.

Duties and Taxes

For customers in the United States and other non-EU destinations, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. For customers in the European Union, applicable taxes are already included in the displayed price. Duties are shown as a separate line in the order summary once you have entered your delivery address. See our Shipping Policy for details.

When You Are Charged

Your card is authorised when you place the order and captured when the order is confirmed and prepared for dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order, the authorisation is released or the payment refunded in full.

Order Confirmation

Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, please check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected].

Payment Verification

For security reasons, some orders may require additional verification — including 3-D Secure authentication requested by your bank. If further verification is needed, our team will contact you immediately.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or payment provider. Fashdes cannot override bank-level payment restrictions. You are welcome to try a different payment method at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timelines and conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy; once we release a refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

Fraud Prevention

Fashdes reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that show signs of fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
