Our Client Services team is available via cs@fashdes.com for all customer support requests, claims, complaints, and general inquiries.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • With all original tags attached (including security tags, if applicable).

  • In its original packaging (dust bags, boxes, etc.).

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear & Swimwear (if the hygiene sticker is removed)

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our Client Services team at cs@fashdes.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will provide you with:

  1. A pre-paid return shipping label.

  2. Detailed instructions on how to package the item and where to drop it off.

Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without our authorization. Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving a return label will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee A $50 return shipping and handling fee applies to all returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Shipping Deadline After receiving your return label, please ship the item(s) within 3 days. Returns shipped outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refused Deliveries If a delivery is refused by the customer without authorization, a restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@fashdes.com.

Order Cancellation

Orders placed on Fashdes cannot be canceled once they are submitted.

Due to our marketplace business model and the immediate processing of orders with partner boutiques, order cancellation is not available.

If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may return the product after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

Customs and Taxes United States & Non-EU Customers: Import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. Please note that import duties and taxes are non-refundable as they are collected by the customs authorities of your country.
