This policy explains how we handle delivery services, including shipping costs, delivery times, customs duties, and responsibility for delivered goods. By placing an order with Fashdes, you agree to the terms below.

Delivery Times and Costs

All orders are shipped from our specialized distribution centers in Italy via trusted carriers (DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx).

Processing Time:
1–2 business days (orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time:
4–7 business days after dispatch.

Order Process

Order Cancellation

Orders placed on Fashdes cannot be canceled once they are submitted.

Due to our marketplace business model and the immediate processing of orders with partner boutiques, order cancellation is not available.

If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may return the product after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

Order Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.

Processing:
Our team prepares your items for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Shipping and Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s official website using the provided tracking number.

Order Updates:
We will keep you informed at every stage of your order via email, including confirmation, shipment, and delivery status updates.

Customs Duties and Taxes

United States & International Customers:
In compliance with international shipping regulations, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.

Transparency:
The total amount displayed at checkout is the final price you will pay.

No Hidden Fees:
You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Non-Refundable:
Import duties and taxes are paid directly to customs authorities and are non-refundable.

Delivery Verification and Responsibility

Upon delivery, please verify that the package and its contents are intact.

Fashdes does not offer shipping insurance. All shipments are subject to the standard liability terms of the shipping carrier.

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at cs@fashdes.com , including clear photos of the package and contents. Our support team will review the case with the carrier.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost during transit, please contact our support team at cs@fashdes.com . Our team will assist you and coordinate with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer or refusal of delivery, a $150 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Changes and Redirections

After a tracking number has been assigned, shipping details or order information cannot be modified.

If a package is redirected at the customer’s request through the carrier, delivery times may vary, and Fashdes is not responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from such changes.

Split Shipments

If your order includes items from multiple distribution centers, items may be shipped separately. You will be charged one total amount at checkout and will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
