The wave rider 10 was first launched in 2007, 10 years after the technological revolution, and is improved on the original by a combination of cushioning to ensure smooth transitions in movement. The technical version sports an open mesh upper, an injection-moulded runbird logo on the side, an embossed and printed tongue patch, a jewel on the heel and a multi-coloured x10 sole.
