Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

All orders are dispatched from our specialized distribution centers in Europe and shipped via DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery online.

How does the order process work after I place an order?

Order Process

Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This confirms that we have received your order successfully.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.During this period, our logistics team prepares your items for dispatch.Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Who is responsible for customs duties and import fees?

Customers from the European Union

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, there are no customs duties. All prices are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).

Customers outside the European Union

For orders shipped to countries outside European Union, delivery duties are included and will be calculated at the checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Import duties/taxes are non-refundable as Customs collect them in your country.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders placed on Fashdes are usually processed by our logistics team very quickly.Therefore, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

In special cases, if the order has not yet been shipped, you may contact our support team to request a cancellation — this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Once the shipment has been completed, you may initiate a return request in accordance with our return policy.

Returns & Refunds

What is Fashdes’ return policy?

Fashdes accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please note the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • A $50 return fee applies to all returns.
  • Refused deliveries are subject to a $150 processing fee plus any applicable customs charges.
  • Excessive returns may result in account suspension.
  • Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes (duties & taxes) are non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item reaches us, it undergoes an inspection process.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Are shipping fees and import duties refundable?

No. Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes (duties & taxes) are not refundable under any circumstances.

These charges are collected by third-party couriers and local customs authorities, not by Fashdes, and therefore cannot be reimbursed even if you return your order or refuse delivery.

What happens if my return doesn’t meet Fashdes’ requirements?

If a returned item does not meet Fashdes’ return conditions — for example, if it has been worn, damaged, or is missing its original packaging — the return will not be accepted.

In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense, and the refund will not be issued.

Fashdes reserves the right to decline any return that does not comply with the stated policy.

Yes. Every item listed on Fashdes is 100% new and authentic.

All products come directly from authorized distributors and are sourced from official brand collections across Europe.

Fashdes does not sell pre-owned, second-hand, or replica products — every piece is guaranteed to be genuine and delivered in its.

How often are new items added to Fashdes?

New products are added to Fashdes regularly throughout the week.

Our European distribution centers continuously update their inventories, and these updates are reflected on the site in real time.

This means you’ll always find the latest arrivals and current-season collections from luxury brands as soon as they become available.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at cs@fashdes.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your case and provide instructions for return or replacement.

Please note that claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Is Fashdes officially affiliated with the brands or designers featured on the site?

Fashdes is an independent luxury marketplace and is not directly affiliated with the designer brands featured.

All products are sourced through authorized distributors across Europe, ensuring that every item is authentic and brand-certified.

This structure allows Fashdes to offer a wide selection of luxury pieces from multiple designers in one trusted platform.

Sizing

How does sizing work on Fashdes?

Sizing information varies depending on the brand and country of origin. Each product page includes a detailed size guide or a conversion chart to help you find the best fit.

Since Fashdes partners with multiple European boutiques, most sizing follows EU standards, but you can easily convert to US or UK sizes using the provided chart.

What happens if I order the wrong size?

If you order the wrong size, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with Fashdes’ return policy.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible.

Please note that a $50 return fee applies, and shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges, only returns. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order in the correct size.
